BOARD OF DIRECTORS - 2025-2026
The Rancho Rialto Activities Club is a non-profit organization. We are a small, 55-plus retirement community and all of our activities are organized on a volunteer basis. We elect board members each year who manage the activity schedule, funds, and entertainment. Our General Meetings are held on the first and third Mondays of each month at 8:30 am.
- Tickets are sold Mondays & Tuesdays from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. in the clubhouse.
- There are plenty of volunteer opportunities coming up. Look for sign-up lists in the clubhouse.
Please join in on the fun and volunteer your time November through March.

NEWS FLASH!
Subject Line: URGENT; TEXAS WHISKEY CONCERT UPDATE!
The RRAC Board was informed this morning that some members of the TEXAS WHISKEY band have taken ill and WILL NOT be able to travel, let alone perform here at Rancho Rialto as scheduled this coming Saturday, February 7, 2026. That is the bad news. The GOOD NEWS however, we have been able to quickly RESCHEDULE for February 28, 2026 (3 weeks late) - - same location, same time, etc.
So, what does that mean for all of you who have purchased tickets to a show for 2/7/26? If you still want and can attend on the NEW DATE of 2/28/26, there is absolutely NOTHING you need to do. Just bring your current tickets to the show that night. For those who now will be UNABLE to attend due to the rescheduling, REFUNDS will be granted. How will that work? Bring your Texas Whiskey tickets dated 2/7/26 to the club house on Monday or Tuesday next week during the ticket selling window of 9-10am. Make sure the person who PURCHASED the tickets is the one returning them. Make sure you have a NAME TAG and/or a valid Driver License to confirm your identity. We will then refund your money. We WILL NOT provide refunds to anyone who was NOT the original BUYER and DOES NOT HAVE TICKETS IN HAND. So, as the original buyer, if you bought tickets and gave some to friends or neighbors, you will need to gather them up and bring all of them in together. AGAIN, THIS IS ONLY NECESSARY if you cannot attend on the rescheduled date of 2/28/26.
The RRAC, TAD Productions and Texas Whiskey truly apologize for this last-minute rescheduling change and are sorry if it causes any inconvenience. We hope to see everyone on the 28th!! It will be a great show!!

2025 - 2026 Activities Calendars: Monthly and Weekly have been posted.
The Activities Board is proud to announce it has finalized this season's activities calendars (Monthly* and Weekly*). All schedules can be located on the "What's Happening" page. It should be an exciting season. As you review you will notice not only a full schedule but a few additions and improvements over the past few seasons. Calendars will be distributed to all as has been the process in the past.; approx. 1 week prior to the start of that specific month for November and December. TESTING come January 26, to NOT distribute calendars but to have posted here, and in clubhouse. If need help with technology issues, contact a board member!
As for the weekly calendar. Some updates have been made, and hard copies will be posted in the clubhouse. And of course, you can find here within the "WHATS HAPPENING" tab!
Take a look, and we hope you'll be as excited as the Board is!
